Street Chic: Style in NYC
03.21.11After being forced to wear clunky boots, circle scarves, and thick coats that droop down past the knee during what feels like a never-ending winter, 70-plus temps were a treat this past weekend in New York City. Kissing their knee-high boots goodbye for a bit, city dwellers were spotted in a multitude of strappy sandals, skirts, dresses, blazers and vintage pieces that offered on a backdrop of glorious sunshine and blue skies. Here are some snapshots of that Manhattan street style from Cotton Candy contributor Joann Pan to inspire your own transition to spring— whether it is with the return of color, new shapes or with accessories.
