It’s light, and most certainly bright. The chromatic flavor of the resort 2013 Rachel Roy collection is highlighted with color blocking and flowing silhouettes. We appreciate the designs complemented by Lucite jewelry. We faint over the joyous use of the color wheel even more. So it’s no surprise that the fabrics saturated with memorable magenta and admirable amethyst make this designer a top pick.
