Chicago
Chi-town is our kind of town. Incorporated as a city in 1837, the American metropolis boasts as the third most populous city in the U.S. Lake Michigan provides an awe-inspiring hot spot — Millennium Park. The park’s 18-mile waterfront path makes this city a must for travelers.  More must-dos of the shoreline include Navy Pier and North Avenue Beach.

Helsinki
Waterfront Helsinki is the capital and largest city of Finland. The grandiose city is located on the shore of the Gulf of Finland, the easternmost arm of the Baltic Sea. Helsinki’s landscape boasts of an open-air market, black-and white cobbled streets, and Market Square found right at the edge of the harbor.

Rio de Janerio
Perhaps this pick isn’t a surprise. After all, Rio de Janerio is hailed as one of the most renowned beach towns. The waterfront is a place to be and be seen as you often catch glimpes of ocean liners and ferries. No doubt, you’ll feel tempted to pace along the esplanade.

Sydney, Australia
Sydney’s harbor flourishes in like no other.  You’ll find the Opera House, unforgettable beaches, and the Sydney Harbour Bridge all in close proximity.
