Savory and superb, these fun creations are from Lantern’s Keep, a cocktail salon nestled deep inside Midtown’s Iroquois New York Hotel.  Head bartender Theo Lieberman shakes up distinctive cocktails that will surely scintillate your tongue.  Cotton Candy asked the master of spirits to share his unique recipes for some our fave cocktails, giving us just a taste of his creativity.

.5 oz lime

.5 oz lemon

.24 oz sugar

.75 oz ginger syrup

2 oz gin

Shake with fresh raspberries and strain into a collins glass and top with soda.
